UK SHIPPING

We like to give you, the customer, the real choice when it comes to deciding on delivery, regardless of how much you decide to spend, Therefore we offer three options for delivery of your order

1- Relaxed Free. If you are not in any hurry choose this option. It may take 7 days or more, although it may also be quicker. It is free

2- Standard. Royal Mail first class, It will cost you £4.95. It may be faster than Relaxed Free, but as we are using Royal Mail, it may not.

3- Express. This aims to get your parcel to you as fast as possible by putting you to the top of the queue with a trackable, signed for service. It costs £9.95 for all orders. We don't guarantee it will be a next day service, but it will be faster than 1st class.

We send packages Monday to Friday, please do take note if you order at the weekend. 

We are not Amazon, with their amazing "get it today" promises and at the moment we don't use Evri as they have a rep of often leaving them anywhere.

To keep our prices as low as we possible can, we send most packages via Royal Mail, which can sometimes take a few days to reach you once we have posted it, they are tracked throughout the journey so we will be able to id them if there is any issue. There is nothing we can do to retrieve or speed up once despatched. Please bear this in mind when making your shipping choice at checkout
