UK SHIPPING

We usually despatch parcels/orders Tuesday to Friday, using the Royal Mail 1st class small parcel service. This costs £4.95 except for those orders over £50 which are all free.

In addition we offer an express service which aims to get your parcel to you as fast as possible by putting you to the top of the queue with a trackable, signed for service. This costs £9.95 for all orders and £5 for those over £50. We don't guarantee it will be a next day service, but it will be faster than 1st class. 

Please do take note when you place your order, when the next despatch day for your parcel will be, for example should you order on a Saturday it should be despatched on Tuesday.

We don't promise to get it to you tomorrow, then let you down by not fulfilling our promise. 

To keep our prices as low as we possible can, we send all packages via Royal Mail, which can sometimes take a few days to reach you once we have posted it, they are tracked at the point of posting and delivery but not in between. There is nothing we can do to retrieve or speed up once despatched. Please bear this in mind when making your shipping choice at checkout
