Important update on payment and delivery

At this time of year we are receiving deliveries every day, however due to the inconsistency in our supply chains at the moment, we are never quite sure what is coming in and when.

As we operate a "just in time" process this inconsistency is making increasingly difficult for us to ensure that you will in fact get what you order.

We have therefore taken the decision to halt online payment for all orders placed on our website

Instead we have introduced a stock confirmation process before asking you for payment. Once we have confirmed the items in your order are instock and available we will send a secure payment link to your mobile phone. Fulfilling this payment link will complete your order as normal.

This method should ensure there is no delay with your order and you will know that what you have ordered is ready to be despatched.


We currently are despatching parcels/order on two days each week, namely Tuesday and Friday, using the Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel service.

Please do take note when you place your order, when the next despatch day for your parcel will be, for example should you order on a Saturday it should be despatched on Tuesday.

We wont promise to get it to you tomorrow, then let you down by not fulfilling our promise. 

To keep our prices as low as we possible can, we send all packages via second class Royal Mail, which can sometimes take a few days to reach you once we have posted it, they are tracked at the point of posting and delivery but not in between.
